New season's gigs

We've had a quiet summer here at the Westy, well since the King Blues packed up and headed off after giving us an amazing performance back in July, but September is just around the corner and with it the music scene in our little corner of Aldershot starts to gather pace again.

The first month see an amazing mix of music, from Americana heart-throb Rachel Harrington on Fri 17 Sep, to Leeds pop-punk quartet Sky Larkin the very next day. Folk sensation Jackie Oates on Wed 22 Sep, precedes The Brute Chorus on Thurs 23 Sep - it's mad, but it works for us!

Kenelis tonight at the Cobden Club!

I'm very excited about tonight! We're playing the Cobden Club in Kensington. Support bands are our good friends Flame to Fire (Without Grace, Radiate), Deep Trip (big in Germany!) and Stone Baby!

Awesome line up and if that's not enough we've got brand new merchandise and it's seriously the coolest band clothing I have ever seen.

I'm here to represent!

OK, well firstly I want to say thank you to Get Hampshire for allowing me webspace to write a blog!

The local press has always been brilliant at supporting local talent and one little piece of exposure can make a huge difference for a band.
